A biblically-based conception of politics, government, and law.
In political science, you will explore the nature of the state and the establishment of a political order which is good, just, and noble. You will learn about biblical virtues such as justice, righteousness, courage, mercy, and compassion. You will be encouraged to implement these concepts, principles, and virtues in service to church, state, and society. And you will be prepared for a variety of careers in politics, government, and law.
The political science major is centered on political theory and legal studies and stresses the obligations of Christian citizenship. The program offers courses in political theory, American politics, law and society, and the international political order.
Your academic learning is enhanced by the active student group known as the Law & Politics Society.
