The
2007 season was one of the best in the program's history. The team posted
the first winning regular season record since 1994 and set the school mark
for the most wins in a season at 25-25. They also finished in a tie for
second place in the conference standings with strong late season performances,
including an eight-game winning streak to end the regular schedule. The
Trolls advanced to the CCAC and the NCCAA region championship games and
received an at-large bid to the NCCAA National Tournament.
Although
missing six graduating seniors, the cupboard is not bare for the 2007-08
squad who look to keep the momentum going forward.
