Trinity still trailed 1-4 going into the bottom of the seventh inning. Then with two outs the team rallied. Musolino got on base on an error and was followed by Emmons with a walk. Adam Hoornaert stepped in to pinch hit and produced a single to drive in one run. Chimenti next connected to score Emmons. Rich Tameling followed suit with a single to the right side to bring Hoornaert across the plate for the tying run. With runners on first and second Ryan Tevepaugh brought in the winning run on a fly over second base that nobody could get to.
