Trinity Christian College is seeking an Executive Director of College Enrollment to lead and manage the college enrollment process. More specifically, the executive director will provide leadership and supervision to the admissions, financial aid, and marketing/communications departments. The primary responsibility will be to direct the admissions team for the traditional program, creating and implementing strategic efforts to increase enrollment. In addition, he/she must have the ability to identify best practice in recruitment and enrollment and to create and implement long-range strategic processes.
Trinity Christian College seeks candidates who are professing Christians and possess a sincere allegiance to the mission of the College. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to think strategically and creatively about the enrollment management process and have strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. The executive director should have experience in managing teams and with data reporting and analysis for enrollment management decisions-making purposes. This person must also demonstrate qualities of leadership appropriate to an administrative officer at the college level, including the ability to work collaboratively with other offices, particularly with recruitment efforts for graduate and degree completion programs. The executive director reports to the chief academic officer, the provost.
A master’s degree and at least five years of experience in higher education or a related field are required.

Trinity Christian College is a four-year liberal arts college located in Palos Heights, Illinois, a suburb twenty miles southwest of Chicago. Since its founding in 1959, Trinity has provided its students with an excellent Christian higher education in the Reformed tradition. The college enrollment in the traditional program is about 1,000, of whom two-thirds live on campus.
