Assistant Professor of Communication Arts John Sebestyen brought many talents to the communication arts department, where he began teaching fall 2005. After graduating with a B.A. in communication arts from Cornerstone University in Michigan, the professor received his Master of Arts in theatre from Bowling Green State University (Ohio), where he is currently completing his doctoral program. At BGSU, Sebestyen held the positions of instructor and graduate research assistant. His two research interests are Holocaust drama and the integration of faith and theatre. Sebestyen,
the adopted son of Hungarian immigrants, and his wife, Heidi, have relocated
to the Chicago area from Ohio - his home state.
