Professional and Personal Interests

Tim Walker had set his sights on making it in the world of finance. After all, that is what he went to school to study. After graduating from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, Walker spent a year in the private business sector. Then something else tugged at his heart.
    
“Following that year, I spent two years at Calvin College as an assistant basketball coach and adjunct professor of physical education. Following my two years at Calvin, I was hired to come to Trinity.”
    
And Trinity is where he has remained ever since joining the College in 2003.
    
Walker enjoys golf when he is not coaching or teaching. He and his wife, Alison, have three children. They attend Grace Fellowship Church in Oak Forest, Illinois.
