We are very excited that you have decided to spend your college years at Trinity! We are excited to watch you meet new friends and make new memories here. We hope this begins happening as soon as you arrive on campus and that you will soon call Trinity “home.”
Housing assignments for new spring students will be made after December 1. Assignment details will be sent to your home address; they will also available on the student portal. If you’ve not yet submitted your housing information and deposit, talk to your admission counselor or submit the information online now.
Fill out the forms in the “My Student Life” section of the student portal. Having these forms completed will ease check in when you arrive on campus – you won’t be able to get your id without these forms completed. The forms include:
RESIDENCE HALL MOVE IN – JANUARY 21
move into your residence hall between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21. When you arrive to campus, proceed directly to your assigned residence hall to check in with residence life staff.
NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION – JANUARY 22
check in begins at 10:45 a.m. in the Grand Lobby of the Ozinga Chapel on Wednesday, January 22. We will wrap up around 4 p.m. that day – lunch will be provided. All transfer students need to attend this important event!
Cards will be available for pick up in the student development office between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Friday, August 23 and on Monday and Tuesday, August 26 and 27. All students will need to pick up their own card from the office before the start of classes. Remember – you have to complete your student life forms before you are able to pick up your id card.
We hope your transition to Trinity is a pleasant and smooth one. As you prepare to come to campus, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. The following list of contacts should be helpful:
