Printable Application – Simply print, fill out, and mail the application to Trinity's admissions office.
Teacher Recommendation Form – Required for every student seeking full time enrollment at Trinity.
Unclassified Application – Paper application for students interested in taking courses for credit at Trinity without receiving a degree.
Application for Re-admission – Students previously enrolled at Trinity for at least 1 semester must fill out this application to be re-admitted
International Student Transfer Form – International students looking to transfer from a current college or university must submit this form in order to maintain their F-1 status.
Housing Deposit and Information Card – Admitted students who wish to live in campus residence halls must fill out a housing information card and make a $150 housing deposit (refundable if student does not enroll).
Tuition Deposit – Admitted students must sign and return this form by May 1 (for fall enrollment) or January 1 (for spring enrollment). Students must also make a $100 deposit (refundable until May 1) towards their tuition. Trinity accepts three methods of payment:

Transfer Credit Pre-Approval Form - Students seeking to receive Trinity credit for courses taken at another college should submit this form before taking the course(s) at the other college.
