Athletics: Head Baseball Coach
Position:
Full-time position as Head Baseball Coach, starting August 2008, with other duties assigned based on education, background, and qualifications. Additional duties could include facility management, teaching in an academic department, or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred with a minimum of three years baseball coaching experience, preferably at the college level. Classroom teaching experience is also a plus.

They should support the goals of a strong liberal arts education in the tradition of Reformed Christian higher education and be competent to demonstrate to students a mature articulation of faith, learning, and living. Faculty members are also dedicated to personal involvement with students outside the classroom in advising, social interaction, and informal academic and cultural settings.
Responsibilities:
The head baseball coach is responsible for the overall administration and organization of the program, which includes recruiting, practice planning, recommending assistant coaches, and all aspects of home and away game preparation. In addition, the head coach should possess the ability to mentor and serve as a spiritual model to student-athletes.
