Mama Edie Returns for Annual Storytelling Event — Tuesday, January 31

Trinity’s annual storytelling event will be held on Tuesday, January 31, from 7 to 8:15 p.m. in the Marg Kallemeyn Theatre.

Featured guest Mama Edie Armstrong returns to the College to combine bilingual storytelling with the use of percussion instruments on the theme of Wisdom and Folly. Edie will tell stories about the unity that can occur when people walk with integrity, commitment, and faith.

The event, sponsored by the Cultural Affairs Committee, is free and open to the public.

An afternoon workshop from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Grand Lobby will allow students to practice their own storytelling skills.
