  • ARTstor  ARTstor is a non-profit organization created by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. The ARTstor Library includes approximately 300,000 images covering art, architecture and archeology. ARTstor's software tools support a wide range of pedagogical and research uses including: viewing and analyzing images through features such as zooming and panning, saving groups of images online for personal or shared uses, and creating and delivering presentations both online and offline.

  • Clinical Pharmacology A drug reference designed to meet the needs of the lay person and healthcare professionals. Covers prescription drugs, herbal and nutritional supplements, over-the-counter products and new and investigational drugs.   
  • Ebsco Animals Provides in-depth information on a variety of topics relating to animals. The database consists of indexing, abstracts, and full text records describing the nature and habitat of familiar animals. Includes high quality images. 
  • MAS Ultra Designed specifically for high schools students, this resource includes articles from popular periodicals, reference books, charts, graphs, maps, and photos. Useful for curriculum planning for secondary education majors. 
  • NetLibrary Part of the  Illinois Digital Academic Library Project, NetLibrary provides over 2000 full text books online to Illinois college students. 
  • Oxford English Dictionary  Complete text of the OED's twenty-volume Second Edition and three-volume Additions Series. (On campus use only)

  • Oxford Reference Online   A one-stop source for reference questions.  Search this extensive collection of reference books published by Oxford University Press, including dictionaries, the Oxford Companion series, and other subject guides.  Contact the Reference Librarian for off-campus access instructions. 
  • Primary Search A collection of children's magazines useful for designing and supplementing elementary school curriculum. Includes titles such as Highlights for Children, Ranger Rick and Cobblestone. 
  • UnionLists  Provides holdings information for journals in libraries all over the country. 
  • WorldAlmanac Great for biographies and statistics, this resource includes Funk & Wagnall's New Encyclopedia,The World Almanac and Book of Facts, The World Almanac of the U.S.A., The World Almanac of U.S. Politics, and The World Almanac for Kids
