Come and enjoy a wide range of musical selections as soloists Becky VanderWeit and Steve Meyers perform songs ranging from the oratories of Elijah and Joshua, to Vivaldi's Gloria, to Mozart, in their joint student recital on Saturday, April 15 at 1 p.m. in the College chapel. Accompanying the soloists will be senior Teresa Rozenboom on the piano. Dr. Helen Van Wyck will sing a duet with VanderWeit from Gloria, while Dr. Ken Austin will accompany Meyers on the trumpet in The Trumpet Shall Sound, from the Messiah. The students perform under the direction of instructor Gail Friesema. Admission is free.
