M.A. Special Education: Diverse Learners

Trinity Christian College’s Master of Arts in Special Education Diverse Learners program offers a unique opportunity for multiple accomplishments. Trinity’s program allows teachers to meet the requirements to add both the ESL/Bilingual Education endorsement and Learning Behavior Specialist I (LBS I) grade range endorsement to their professional educator’s license (PEL).

Through the program, you will understand how to better support the individuals with diverse needs in your classroom. You will learn how to address the needs of these learners — not only the theory but also the current best practices in the field. Upon completion of this short program, you will have the tools needed to effectively teach in the diverse classrooms that exist today.

Start Dates & Format

The program begins each fall and can be completed in 1.5 years.  Classes meet 1 evening each week. You progress through most classes with the same, small group of students. You will make new connections and strengthen your professional network that will last past graduation
