Dr. Robbert is the 2017-2019 chair of the Illinois Section of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). She has previously served as the Illinois’ governor to the MAA.
Dr. DeWitt and Dr. Robbert are both Project NExT Fellows with the Mathematical Association of America (yes, NExT is the correct capitalization)
All faculty and students in the mathematics/computer sciences department host at least two mathematics Triathlons every academic year.

OPUS, Trinity’s annual festival of student scholarship, is taking place on Wednesday, April 20. The word “opus” is Latin for work. 98 Percent of the Class of 2021 Are Employed or in Grad School
According to data from Trinity’s Cooper Center for Vocation and Career Development, 97.7 percent of the graduates in the Class of 2021 are employed or in graduate school. That far surpasses the nationwide average of 82.4 percent.

The Trinity mathematics department began the competition in 1994 as a service to Christian middle schools to promote interest in mathematics and to bolster the self-esteem of students successful in academic settings, particularly mathematics.n
