Jeanine holds a B.A. in psychology from Hope College and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in strategic innovation and entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jeanine’s focus has been on the interplay between individuals and systems and how to create thriving systems that support the flourishing of all individuals.

With a decade and a half of experience in secondary education and higher education, Jeanine has worked in education across two countries. With previous experience in international education in central Nigeria, Jeanine spent much of her early career supporting high school students in discerning their vocational and academic callings as they sought higher education across the globe.

Having joined Trinity in 2016 and previously serving as the Vice President for Enrollment, she has spent the last several years dedicated to expanding Trinity’s enrollment and marketing efforts and helping college-bound students experience the transformational impact of a Christian, liberal arts education rooted in the Chicagoland area.

Jeanine is passionate about the power of education and its ability to transform individuals and communities. As Chief of Staff, she is eager to support the good work of the Trinity community to create a more accessible and just higher education experience for all students.
