What You Need to Know

Make the most of your college experience.  We are here for you!

Whether you are a prospective traditional undergraduate, adult undergraduate or a graduate student or an admitted one, this is what you need to know to become a part of Trinity’s student life.

All students are required by the State of Illinois to present evidence of Immunization History. Vaccinations must be up to date, and forms must be submitted, no later than the following:

For students enrolling in the Fall Semester: September 1
For students enrolling in the Spring Semester: January 10

We highly encourage students to submit immunization forms BEFORE the due date; this will allow the Student Life Office enough time to process your forms and communicate if there is anything that needs to be addressed; this also allows the student time to update any necessary vaccinations before the due date.

Traditional students: We recommend submitting Immunization records by first day of classes.
Graduate and Adult Studies: There will be an opportunity to submit forms at Orientation.

Access the Immunization Form in the student portal.

If you have any further questions, please contact the Student Life Office via email at Studentlife@trnty.edu or by phone at 708-239-4704.

Why must students provide this information?
We must report to the state that all students are in compliance with its requirements. In the unlikely event of an outbreak on campus, the Health Department uses our records to determine who is/is not permitted on campus.

All students will have a hold placed on their account until Immunization History Form is provided and in compliance with the state’s standards. Students who fail to provide this information by the due date will have a $100.00 non-compliance fee added to their tuition account.

Where can you acquire your immunization records?
Most students acquire their immunization records from a doctor, their high school, or the most recent college attended.

Anyone not able to obtain immunization records may also receive titers (blood exams) to measure the number of antibodies in their system. This will allow a clinician or primary care doctor to determine if a booster vaccination is needed. Results of the titer must be provided to Student Life Office.

Where and how can I register my vehicle?

Traditional Undergraduate: Registration can be accessed on your student portal through trollweb.trnty.edu or portal.trnty.edu. Please be sure to double check that you have registered your vehicle for the correct school year term once you log in. Students will pick their parking passes up from Student Life Office, located on the second floor of Jennie Huizenga Library.

Adult and Graduate students:  Can access the Vehicle registration form online  or can fill it out at Orientation. Parking passes will also be distributed at Orientation.
