Library Instruction Request Form

Librarians are available to partner with instructors by offering sessions that acquaint students with library resources and research-related topics.  Instruction sessions address a range of topics, including but not limited to: finding books and articles, using discipline-specific databases, evaluating internet sources, and using search engines.

Please submit a new request form below for each course. If you are requesting instruction for multiple sessions of the same course, please indicate the times at which the course is offered.
