The community of people and the commitment to those who work hard to make it successful drew Steven Keating to Trinity. He loves the work life balance, his co-workers and students as well as the help he is able to provide to both groups.
In his role, Keating updates the previous days payments, answers e-mail questions from students, answers phone inquiries, tracks students who need help navigating their account, aids in making sure students complete the necessary financial documents, takes in moneys from the different businesses on campus i.e. bookstore, Athletics, dining hall, etc. Previously, he worked in the food and beverage industry which gave him the experience needed to be so successful in his role here.
When he is not working, Keating spends time with his family. He is an avid golfer, tennis player and gardener. He also paints.
