Trinity’s Cooperative Learning Internship Program (Co-ops) helps you:

  • Fill real-time organizational needs with bright, capable students
  • Supervise and evaluate emerging professionals
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Give back to your field while getting valuable work done

Each co-op student is:

How It Works: Simple. Supported. Scalable.

Step 1:  We match you with student candidates.
Step 2:  You interview and select the best fit.
Step 3:  Students work for you 8–24 hours/week for 15 weeks.
Step 4:  You provide supervision and feedback.

What We Ask of Supervisors:

You’re not in this alone. But we do ask to provide:

  • Meaningful tasks & work schedule for the student
  • Training and ongoing feedback
  • Two check-ins with the Trinity professor (midpoint & final)
  • Timely communication about any concerns

We provide orientation, support, and resources. You help guide the students’ journey.
