Request for Proposal Process

Scope

Interested institutions shall create a detailed plan that includes information on accreditation, program transition timeline, faculty and staff employment, student teach-out information, institutional alignment, financial commitment, and recruitment and marketing strategy.

 Timeline, Submission and Requirements

Institutions must submit the RFP form found in the program information pack along with any additional information outlined in the scope of the RFP packet.  Submissions must be submitted electronically to Andrew Marks, andrew.marks@trnty.edu.  Any questions can also be sent to this address.

Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program

The Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program is a part of the Counseling and Psychology Department. The Counselor Education faculty are responsible for the preparation of students in this program. Trinity is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

Trinity’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program prepares students to work in a variety of settings. You could choose to work as a substance abuse or addiction counselor; an outpatient therapist; a counselor or therapist in a residential home setting; a school adjustment counselor working with children or teens; or in any number of other personally and professionally rewarding careers.

Bachelor of Social Work Program

A BSW program equips undergraduate students for entry-level social work careers in all areas of practice.  The BSW degree is referred to as a “generalist practice” degree, meaning that holders of a BSW are qualified to practice social work in settings ranging from non-profits to governmental agencies to for-profit settings like schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.  An accredited BSW program is guided by the Educational Policies and Accreditation Standards (EPAS) of the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
