Empower Tomorrow’s Talent—While Meeting Today’s Needs

Partner with Trinity’s Co-op Program to shape emerging professionals, strengthen your workforce, and make a lasting impact.

The Problem: Great Talent Can Be Hard to Find – Especially When You Need Real Help Now

  • You’re busy. You need reliable, motivated support. You want to make a difference—but supervising takes time. You may not have a clear roadmap for how to bring a student intern into your workflow. We get it. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you to get the support you need—while developing the next generation of professionals.

The Solution: Trinity Co-ops–A Smarter Internship Model That Works for Everyone

Trinity’s Cooperative Learning Internship Program (Co-ops) helps you:

  • Fill real-time organizational needs with bright, capable students
  • Supervise and evaluate emerging professionals
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring
  • Give back to your field while getting valuable work done

Each co-op student is:

  • Enrolled in a reflective, skills-based academic course
  • Trained in professionalism, communication, equity, leadership, and more
  • Supported by Trinity faculty throughout the semester

We equip the students—and we support you.

How It Works: Simple. Supported. Scalable.

Step 1: We match you with student candidates.
Step 2: You interview and select the best fit.
Step 3: Students work for you 8–24 hours/week for 15 weeks.
Step 4: You provide supervision and feedback Co-ops can be in-person, remote, or hybrid.
Available every Fall (Aug–Dec) and Spring (Jan–May).
