Trinity Fellows Program prepares business students to be innovative global leaders in the competitive world by combining rigorous classroom education and first-hand learning.

This invite-only program is offered each year to the top 15-20 business students across many majors offering direct career support and advice by pairing them with an alumni mentor. The goal is to develop the student career path, learn about their chosen or potential career direction, and work with their mentor to learn more about their industry through job shadowing.

“Greater connection, mentorship, skill-building, and, networking,” are just a few of the words and phrases students are using to describe their experience in the Fellows program.

Fellows exhibit a combination of skills, personality, and leadership virtues that would appeal to corporations, big and small. The Christian characteristics, with

Trinity’s solid business training, gives students a variety of unique opportunities.

This program is an extension to the Trinity Business Network (TBN) and a continuation of ways to expand Trinity’s reach.

“As a student, the best aspect of the Fellows Program is gaining new connections. My Fellow has been there for me and has contributed new ideas to push me to the next level. He has advised me to reach out to people in the field that I dream to work in and take advantage of their knowledge as a college student. It was comforting to have someone to talk to that has already been through the early stages in their career that I am about to enter. ”
