B.A. IN THEOLOGY, TRINITY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

Why do you love Trinity?
I love Trinity for the opportunity it presented me as a student and now as a staff member. My four years as a student here were the most formative years of my life so far and I would not be the person I am or have the friendships I have if I was not at Trinity. As a staff member I now have a similar opportunity to continue to grow in my faith as well as professionally while also developing even more friendships. All of this can be centered around Christ while at Trinity, and that is the main thing I love about Trinity.

What does life look like outside of Trinity?
My life outside of Trinity involves hanging out with my friends, being deeply involved in my church as well as desiring to do even more ministry alongside my wife with college students. My wife and I love to do projects for things in our house, and we enjoy trying out new recipes. We also deeply enjoy seeing and spending time with our families.

What is your favorite part of Chicago?
My wife and I love to go to Lincoln Park area and try different restaurants and just walk around. The neighborhoods are some of the most beautiful neighborhoods to walk around in. Every time we go to the city, we attempt to eat at a different restaurant than we ate before. While this is true, we do have a favorite, so if you’re looking for good tacos, go to Broken English in Lincoln Park. We also love going to Sox games, as they are a much better team than the Cubs.
