Strategic Plan: Innovate for the Future

Trinity’s programs and offerings must maintain their core strength in developing whole beings as “thinking, feeling and believing creatures” while becoming increasingly agile and creative in order to meet the needs of our students, the organizations that they will join and/or create, and a rapidly changing world.

In support of this strategic imperative, we will:

  1. Pursue a university structure and identify leadership for the corresponding schools/colleges.
  2. Develop and launch a re-designed general education curriculum that embeds Christian perspective, vocational formation, and interdisciplinary collaboration into the curricular core of the institution.
  3. Commence at least seven new programs of recognized excellence in Trinity’s undergraduate, adult, and graduate divisions that are located at the intersection of Trinity’s Christian mission and the external market.
