The Honors Program at Trinity Christian College
The Honors Program challenges and supports academically gifted students in a curriculum centered on leadership formation. The program cultivates leaders on Trinity’s campus, in communities beyond the College, and in students’ upcoming professional and graduate fields.
To this end, the Honors Program requires four courses—Honors English, Philosophy, Theology, and a Seminar of the student’s choosing—each of which is carefully sequenced to pursue leadership formation outcomes. Students also complete 2 credits of collaborative research with a professor in their discipline, bringing the total number of credits in the Honors Program to 14.
The program also offers opportunities for extracurricular conversation through activities such as honors teas, excursions, and communal meals.
You can apply to the program by downloading and completing the application.
